About me

I trained with the Plaskett College of Nutritional Medicine and qualified as a nutritional therapist in 1993.  I then studied Iridology, Touch For Health and Optimum Health Balance.  I am a Kinesiology Federation registered practitioner and member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy.  In my practice I use Optimum Health Balance or nutrition independently but the two therapies complement each other well and I often combine the two.  My particular interest is in the support of chronic ill health, including me, and in helping with digestive and bowel problems.
