PractitionersCharles Benham Foundation (CBF) for Optimum Health Balance was formed in 2003 on the death of the originator, Charles Benham. It is responsible for the development of the OHB system, protection of the intellectual property and its promotion. CBF oversees the OHB training syllabus that meets the professional standards of the UK Kinesiology Federation. Trustees are Gill Tarlington, Carol Catt, Bill Tarlington and Susanne Lakin. KFRP denotes Kinesiology Federation Registered Practitioner: certificated in a minimum of 500 hours training; required core subjects of Anatomy & Physiology, Interpersonal Skills, Nutrition and Practice Management as well as First Aid and are Continuing Professional Development (CPD) updated. KF Assoc denotes certification in OHB but 200 clinical practice hours and core subjects are in the process of completion. Associates are under the supervision of a mentor. All named are certificated Optimum Health Balance practitioners.
