Module 4
  • Endocrine system
The endocrine and nervous systems work together to control all the processes of the body.
  • Vascular system
The vascular or cardiovascular system consists of the heart, blood and blood vessels. The heart pumps the blood around the body and the blood carries oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and waste products, particularly carbon dioxide, away form the cells to be excreted from the body.
  • Neurological system
T he nervous system is concerned with the rapid conduction of messages from one part of the body to another and co-ordinates its activities. It receives information from both outside and inside of the body and interprets and integrates these stimuli to effect a response. Together with the endocrine system it maintains a stable internal environment in the body (homeostasis).
  • Chakra system
Chakra, which means wheel, is the Sanskrit term for the centres of psychic energy which, according to yogic theory, exist within the human aura or electromagnetic energy field.
  • Meridian system
There are many meridians in the body of which 20 are worked on directly in OHB. Twelve of these meridians can be regarded as resembling the electrical wiring in a house or a system of rivers or streams. Of the remaining eight, six are energy reservoirs resembling lakes or seas and the other two share characteristics of both types.
  • Weight Control
This protocol targets the chemical and emotional aspects.
